Following on from my first Rhythm and Moves album, here is Volume 2. Again the method has been to bring home loops created in the heat of the moment in contemporary/ballet class and then to augment and embellish to create soundscapes equally useful for dancing or dreaming.... as I've put the tracks together I've enjoyed remembering where the inspiration came from, which teachers will have inspired the initial groove and of course I always remember the amazing energy the dancers in the room bring to every session. My admiration for the protean dedication and hard work of the professional dancer/teacher/choreographer/student has not diminished since my previous album and I'm still finding the challenge of refining my sound whilst servicing the groove in the room most exhilarating.

On five of the tracks I've been lucky enough to have my very talented visual artist friend Jolyon Dupuy supply videos - psychedelic visual feasts fashioned out of found junk, fairy lights, smoke machines and other ephemeral items....enjoy!
